Someone on Facebook mentioned eating ice cream and waffles, which sounded weird and very wrong to me, but not actually disgusting, so I decided to try it. It’s yummy! And when I thought about it some more, it seems perfectly logical. A waffle is basically a really puffy ice cream cone.

   It’s super good. Who knew?! I just tried it with vanilla ice cream, but I have frozen wild blueberries and frozen blueberry Greek yogurt, and I’m going to try that next.
